Our store offers a 7-day return and exchange service, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days Disclaimer: Many intermediaries are not familiar with the product process, and it is normal for color fading to occur during the use of electroplated products, rather than a quality issue. Products made from different materials and using different processes have different plating and color retention times, which depend on the user's usage (wearing them away from water will result in longer color retention). Improper use will definitely cause serious color fading of the product. Our products are mainly composed of three major parts: copper+zircon, alloy, stainless steel, etc. If customers have not previously learned about jewelry craftsmanship, we hope that they can consult before making a purchase. Before making a purchase, please enjoy your "right to know" and understand our products. We also hope that customers can understand our products on the basis of understanding. Please let your customers know about our products and enjoy their "right to know" before placing an order. Finally, understanding is paramount, thank you.
